• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. So Bright Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
• Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

• A strict 3-day return window from the date of delivery.
• Requirements for products to be in original, defect-free condition.
• Customer responsibility for all return shipping costs.
